MAXI Vertical
Lift Module
The MAXI Vertical Lift Module stores long, flat and bulky goods in a fraction of the floor space — and brings them to the operator on demand.
A MAXI Vertical Lift Module (VLM) is an automated vertical warehouse that stores goods in trays and delivers them to an operator at a picking bay. The MAXI Vertical Lift Module handles bars, profiles, panels and general goods with load unit (drawer) capacities from 1,000 to 5,000 kg and machine heights beyond 8,000 mm, all driven by in-house PLC and WMS software.

KEY BENEFITS

Storage density
Reclaims vertical height, cutting the floor space a VLM installation needs by up to 90% versus shelving.

Load capacity
Load units carry 1,000–5,000 kg — heavy bars, profiles and panels handled without a crane.

Goods-to-person
Trays arrive at ergonomic bay height. No ladders, no walking the aisles, fewer picking errors.

In-house software
PLC and WMS developed in-house (ICON-equivalent), so control logic and integration stay under one roof.
