SCADA

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is flexible batch management software designed to model and automate the batch-oriented production processes. It is corporate with the Wonderware InTouch visualization component. The operator will be able to view, through the monitor; the switches, valves, gauges, meters and weighing scales that indicate the status of the production process.
SCADA is flexible batch management software that designed to module and automates the batch-oriented production processes. It is designed for the multiple changeovers that require a production historical record.
SCADA is developed using the Wonderware Factory Suite under Windows 2000 platform. SCADA system incorporates the Wonderware InTouch visualization component. Wonderware Factory Suite sits on Microsoft Windows 2000 real-time control solution that replaces proprietary control systems with an open architecture PC-based control.
It is used to develop, validate and execute programs for controlling discrete, motion and process applications. It also delivers connectivity to multiple I/O systems, motors, valves, sensors and other equipment. The system provides an open standard connectivity to the broadcast selection of I/O devices on the plant floor, which enables it to interface with Aricsion controller and Allen-Bradley PLC.
